ICanWALK© teaches walking aid users, caregivers, clinicians, and trainees how to properly fit and use a variety of walking aids using interactive, evidence-based skill acquisition techniques.
Users watch videos, have a video taken of themselves, and compare their movement and have a discussion with a peer, caregiver, or clinician. Users get a score at the end and they learn new skills!
There are currently 32 modules available. They cover different walking aids and different skills (fitting, walking patterns, navigating stairs).
ICanWALK© is currently offered in English, French, and Spanish. Stay tuned for other languages!
