  1. Open the Move Improve mobile app.
  2. Enter the email address and password used to create your account and click “Login”.

At this time, ICanWALK© can track progress when used by Move Improve Authorized Instructors. Assessment results are captured over repeated attempts for each skill (aka., exercise) and reports are generated.

Alternatively, users can track their own individual progress by taking a screenshot of their summary screen after each assessment and manually reviewing them over time.

ICanWALK© is available in three languages (English, French, and Spanish). To change the language that appears on your Move Improve® app, you need to change the Language setting on your mobile device.

The ICanWALK© app provides in depth information about each exercise by providing:

  1. A master video to watch
  2. A list of step-by-step instructions (ie., component list) to review
  3. An opportunity to record a “selfie” video for side-by-side comparison
  4. An opportunity to review each step by answering “yes, partial, or not yet” when reviewing your selfie video

In essence, you get to see your performance through the eyes of others (ie., third person perspective) to know whether or not you are doing it correctly. You may also experience questions that ask for your “first person” perspective (ie., “Did you feel balanced?”, “Did you complete the exercise without pain?”, “Did you feel confident completing the exercise?”, etc.).
